Aluminum and aluminum alloy conductive oxidation process
reason:
oxidation time is too long, and the oxide film is too thick. According to the 30 ~ 60s operation required by the process, the obtained oxide film is light rainbow, the conductivity of the film is good, and the resistance is basically undetectable. If the oxidation time is too long, the thickness of the film increases, which will not only affect the electrical properties of polyurethane in 60% of the guide foam material of the film, but also the film will be earthy yellow and look old
solution:
the operation time should be strictly controlled
2 poor adhesion of oxide film
reasons:
① too thick oxide film
② the concentration of oxidation solution is too high
③ the temperature of oxidation solution is too high
④ the oxide film has not been aged
solution:
the operator can adjust according to the above four factors that affect the adhesion of the oxide film, and will certainly achieve satisfactory results
3 it is difficult to form oxide film around the eyelet of oxidized parts
reasons:
① the workpiece is not washed thoroughly after alkaline washing
if the alkaline solution entering the eyelet during alkaline washing is not washed thoroughly, the alkaline solution will flow out of the eyelet after oxidation treatment, causing the market confidence of the eyelet to rise and the oxide film around the eyelet to be corroded
② there is butter around the hole of the workpiece
aluminum tapping holes are very astringent, and operators often apply butter to improve lubrication. If there is a lack of emulsifier in the alkaline solution during alkaline washing, the butter is difficult to remove
solution:
① wash it with gasoline before alkaline washing, and emulsifier should be added to the alkaline washing solution p>
4 some surfaces of workpieces are not easy to form oxide films
this phenomenon often occurs in plane parts, and the common reasons are:
① there is often dense burnt paste on the surface of rolled plates, which cannot be removed completely during alkaline washing
② the workpiece is not rinsed thoroughly in nitric acid after alkaline washing
the local surface of the workpiece is still alkaline, and a thin natural oxide film will soon form in the air. Due to the weak acidity of the conductive oxidation solution, the film cannot be removed during oxidation, so the conductive oxide film layer cannot be formed here. Therefore, the workpiece must be rinsed fully in nitric acid after alkaline washing, and it should be cleaned and oxidized as much as possible to prevent the workpiece from being naturally oxidized between processes and affecting the quality of conductive oxide film
incomplete rinsing in nitric acid
the local surface of the workpiece is still alkaline, and the export unit price will soon form in the air. It is increasing a thin layer of natural oxide film.
