In order to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, promote the sustainable, coordinated and healthy development of the copper industry, strengthen environmental protection, comprehensively utilize resources, standardize the investment behavior of the copper smelting industry, and stop blind investment and low-level repeated construction, according to the national automobile laws, regulations and industrial policies applicable to most cars and SUVs, Relevant departments have formulated the "access conditions for copper smelting industry of generally selecting excellent alloy structural steel"

in order to speed up the structural adjustment, standardize the investment behavior of the copper smelting industry, and promote the sustainable, coordinated and healthy development of China's copper industry, the access conditions for the copper smelting industry are formulated in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and industrial policies. Requirements from all aspects: for example, the industrial technology adopted requires: adopting advanced flash smelting, top blowing smelting, Noranda smelting, silver furnace smelting, synthetic furnace smelting, bottom blowing smelting with independent intellectual property rights, and other oxygen enriched melting pool smelting or oxygen enriched floating smelting processes with high production efficiency, advanced technology, low energy consumption, reliable operation of reverse bending testing machine, environmental protection standards, and good comprehensive utilization of resources. There must be facilities for acid production, comprehensive utilization of resources, energy conservation, etc. Pyrometallurgical smelting must be equipped with flue gas acid making, dust collection and waste heat recovery facilities; Dilute pickling purification, double conversion and double absorption (or three conversion and three absorption) process must be adopted for acid production from flue gas, and hot concentrated pickling process is strictly prohibited. Restrictions from regulations: the waste heat recovery and dust collection process and equipment of smelting tail gas selected in the design must meet the requirements of national laws and regulations such as energy conservation law, cleaner production promotion law, environmental protection law, etc

the expected effect of the implementation of the entry conditions for copper smelting industry: in terms of the smelting process and equipment of crude copper in minerals, the existing closed blast furnaces with an area of 1.5 square meters or less will be eliminated immediately according to law, and the reverberatory furnaces, electric furnaces and 1.5 square meters will be eliminated by the end of 2006 Square meters (excluding 10 square meters) of closed blast furnaces for smelting, and all blast furnaces will be eliminated by the end of 2007. New copper smelting enterprises: the comprehensive energy consumption of crude copper smelting process is less than 550 kg standard coal/ton. The comprehensive energy consumption of electrolytic refining (including electrolyte purification) is less than 250kg standard coal/ton. The DC power consumption of electric copper is less than 285 kwh/ton

existing copper smelting enterprises: the comprehensive energy consumption of crude copper smelting is less than 900kg standard coal/ton. The DC power consumption of electric copper is less than 310 kwh/ton. Existing smelting enterprises should save energy and reduce consumption through technological transformation, and meet the energy consumption standard of new enterprises within two years after the release of access conditions

the total recovery rate of copper smelting in newly-built enterprises reaches more than 97%; The recovery rate of crude copper smelting is more than 98%; The water recycling utilization rate is more than 95%, and the consumption of fresh water per ton of copper is less than 25 tons; The floor area is less than 4 square meters/ton of copper. The total capture rate of sulfur in copper smelting is more than 98%; The recovery rate of sulfur is over 96%

the total recovery rate of copper smelting in existing enterprises reaches more than 96%; The recovery rate of crude copper smelting is more than 97%; The water recycling utilization rate is more than 90%, and the consumption of fresh water per ton of copper is less than 28 tons. The total capture rate of sulfur in copper smelting is more than 98%. The recovery rate of sulfur is over 95%. And reduce resource consumption through technological transformation, and meet the standards of new enterprises within two years after the release of access conditions, which will not affect the service life of bulbs
